  1. Champion of Client Success: Your mission is to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Implement a customer health monitoring system to analyze engagement and feedback, leading proactive outreach strategies that minimize churn and foster long-term loyalty.

  2. Strategy Architect: Your curiosity and strategic thinking are invaluable. Develop customized success plans tailored to each healthcare client's business objectives, using assessments and collaboration with internal teams to help achieve HANDLE’s NPS score of 80% or higher.

  3. Collaborative Innovator: Embrace the startup ethos where every day brings new challenges. Partner with our product team to identify key features for promotion, develop training materials, and enhance user engagement and feature adoption.
  1. Relationship Builder:  Beyond managing customer success, you're a relationship cultivator. Strengthen customer bonds, turning satisfied clients into advocates through testimonials and referral programs, driving new healthcare client acquisitions.

  2. Healthcare Industry Maven: Your deep understanding of the healthcare sector is crucial. Participate in cross-functional meetings, share customer feedback, and contribute to product development, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of industry needs.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Equivalent blend of education, training, and experience, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding of key principles relevant to our industry and role.
  • A track record of 3-5 years in progressively responsible roles as a Customer Success Manager or similar position within the healthcare sector of the SaaS industry, showcasing your ability to adapt and excel in evolving business environments.
  • A history of employing a data-centric approach to decision-making, utilizing analytics and insights to guide strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven experience in championing client needs and seamlessly integrating efforts across various functional teams, contributing to cohesive and productive cross-functional collaborations.
  • A demonstrated passion for healthcare, evidenced by past initiatives or projects that have made a tangible difference in the industry.
  • Consistent self-motivation and a proactive attitude, with a portfolio of achievements in fast-paced, dynamic environments, reflecting your capacity to initiate and adapt to change effectively.
