The CCM (Capital Cycle Management) customer journey is unique for every healthcare organization, and you will be provided the opportunity to contribute to an ever-growing playbook of Customer Success best practices and healthcare supply chain thought leadership.
The Customer Success Intern will play a key role in streamlining our internal processes and preparing our team(s) for rapid scale. You’ll be working with the CS and Product teams along with other stakeholders to create documentation related to application, client journey mapping and any other needs you may discover.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with internal stakeholders to document processes associated to:
- External/Internal Product Training
- Client Journey
- Produce documentation either static or through an LMS for client/internal training
- Produce Internal documentation for a CCM (Capital Cycle Management) client’s journey
- Produce external documentation to guide a CCM (Capital Cycle Management) prospect through their upcoming CCM journey
- Produce suggestions on process optimization opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Google Suite/Microsoft Suite
- Experience with a process flow design tool like Lucid Chart
- Comfortability in large team settings or project management
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS organizations
