Director of Marketing at HANDLE Global

HANDLE is seeking an experienced / technically savvy Director of Marketing to help HANDLE
drive revenue growth for our SaaS and Service-based solutions by directing all online and
traditional marketing initiatives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Additionally,
HANDLE needs support in increasing our organization’s awareness, awareness of our products
and applications, and awareness to channel partnerships as well as HANDLE’s entire ecosystem.

One of the key responsibilities for this individual will be to help HANDLE in creating the
category of Capital Cycle Management. Working side-by-side with our Chief Revenue and
Strategy Officer, this individual will support HANDLE in achieving its Revenue Targets.

Job Requirements

  • Must have 10 years or more Marketing experience preferably in Healthcare & SaaS
  • Must have experience in managing a Marketing Team and 3 rd party resources
  • Must have experience in leading/driving impactful results for an organization
  • Ability to manage multiple Initiatives across multiple product lines
  • Highly Analytical with the ability to solve problems/lead initiatives with a data approach
  • Provide Sr. Leadership with easily understandable results on a regular cadence
  • Strong technology acumen & business acumen is a plus
  • Superior communication skills, presentation skills and executive presence
  • BBA/BS required; MBA preferred
  • Highly self-motivated with an appetite for a startup environment that is evolving rapidly
  • Strong project management skills and self-discipline to execute with high quality
  • Local or regional to Louisville, KY preferred (remote will be considered with up to 25% travel assumed)

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the Chief Revenue Officer, CEO, COO, and CTO to develop marketing strategies and tactics that support revenue goals
  • Recruit & manage a team of marketing professionals
  • Conduct a detailed Marketing Plan that aligns with the CRO’s GTM strategy and supports HANDLE reaching its revenue targets
  • Establish clear goals and milestones that you and the CRO will be working towards
  • Create lead generation programs to grow target markets, with a heavy focus on developing inbound marketing through SEO/SEM
  • Participate actively in translating customer/market needs into new feature development in our SaaS product
  • Identify, manage, and drive all content creating resources for HANDLE. Including, but not limited to, conferences, white papers, podcasts, customer testimonials, etc.
  • Write marketing content
  • Develop event strategies including webinars and tradeshows
  • Develop customer marketing programs
  • Manage the company web site
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring consistent presentations & other materials used companywide
  • Become Brand Czar for HANDLE. Manage HANDLE’s style guides, consistent language in all Marketing outputs, manage logos, and persona development
