Vice President, Strategic Relationships

HANDLE is seeking an experienced / technically savvy VP of Strategic Relationships to help
HANDLE drive revenue growth for our SaaS and Service-based solutions by supporting a large,
multi-billion-dollar channel partner headquartered in Texas with account managers and
customers in all 50 states and select countries throughout the world. Additionally, HANDLE
expects this role to manage up to 5 regionally based enterprise sales executives that work
directly with the strategic partner’s 300+ regional and local sales resources.
One of the key responsibilities for this individual will be to help HANDLE grow rapidly in the
customer base via virtual and in person selling activities covering CCM® and its related services.
Working closely with commercial and sales leadership from the Strategic Partner is critical to
the success of a national launch within the customer base.

Job Requirements

  • Must have 10 years+ sales/channel management experience in healthcare and/or SaaS
  • Experience working with or through Healthcare Group Purchasing Organizations a plus
  • Must have sales management experience directing high performing and experienced senior account executives
  • Must have experience in leading/driving impactful results for an organization including significant YoY revenue growth
  • Ability to manage multiple Initiatives across multiple product lines
  • Highly Analytical with the ability to solve problems/lead initiatives with a data approach
  • Provide Sr. Leadership with easily understandable results on a regular cadence
  • Strong technology acumen & business acumen is a plus
  • Superior communication skills, presentation skills and executive presence
  • BBA/BS required, MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
  • Highly self-motivated with an appetite for a startup environment that is evolving rapidly
  • Strong project management skills and self-discipline to execute with high quality
  • Texas region location preferred (remote will be considered with up to 50% travel)

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the Chief Revenue Officer, CEO, COO, and CTO to develop marketing & sales strategies and tactics that support revenue goals for the strategic channel partner
  • Recruit & manage a team of selling professionals
  • Create a detailed go to market plan that aligns with the company’s overall strategy and supports HANDLE reaching its revenue targets
  • Establish clear goals and milestones that you and the CRO will be working towards
  • Work closely with the VP of Customer Success to ensure highly satisfied customers upon and throughout their deployment and use of CCM®
  • Provide timely strategic partner and their customers feedback regarding enhancements to the SaaS technology
  • Manage, attend, and/or deliver as appropriate webinars and tradeshows and work with Director of Marketing at HANDLE and the Strategic Partner to execute these initiatives
  • Through your individual and team selling efforts, close significant new customer accounts with and through the strategic partner to which will contribute to creating the category of Capital Cycle Management or CCM® in Healthcare
