Kyle Green
Founder and CEO
Kyle is passionate about making a difference. Most of his career has been spent working with amazing people in hospitals around the world. Early in his career, Kyle was an Administrative Resident at University of Kentucky Healthcare and an Administrative Fellow at Johns Hopkins Medicine. He then worked with an incredible team to open the first international standards hospital in Shanghai, China while working for Johns Hopkins International. He has also been a Vice President of Operations at Kosair Children’s Hospital, then the Pediatric Service Line at Norton Healthcare in Kentucky – one of the foremost leaders in healthcare quality (NQF National Quality Healthcare Award in 2011) in the United States. Most recently Kyle was SVP of Clinical Operations, then Chief Strategy Officer at a terrific, growing children’s hospital – Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Connect with Kyle on LinkedIn!

Andrew McCloy

Andrew has been involved with improving operational efficiencies and lowering healthcare costs for over 15 years. As an analyst fresh out of graduate school, he was tasked with identifying cost overages and developing solutions by developing a data analysis and modeling tool for Intermountain Healthcare. From there, Andrew formed a company that specialized in developing inventory management and ERP solutions specific to the healthcare industry. The software solutions manage inventory and procurement for distributors and non-profits – and everything in between. Additionally, Andrew has spent over a decade working with a large Private Equity firm specializing in healthcare to act as an interim Technology Officer for their portfolio companies.

Ketan Patel
Chief Operating Officer
Ketan serves as Chief Operating Officer for HANDLE. Ketan leads both the Financial and Operations Teams with the primary goals of building the infrastructure needed to manage growth, optimizing current and future business processes, and executing to the company’s overall financial goals.
Prior to joining HANDLE, Ketan served as the VP of Performance Management at SAP and Sr. Director of Operations at Oracle managing all of Oracle’s North America Reporting and Analytics Team as well as their Inside Sales Operations. Ketan also served as the Chief of Staff at BigMachines, a SaaS Software organization focused on Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ), which was held privately by Vista Equity Partners and later sold to Oracle. Additionally, Ketan also has approximately 7 years of experience in Management Consulting and worked for GE in their Operations Management Leadership Program.
Ketan holds both an Undergraduate and Master’s Degree from University of Louisville’s Speed Scientific School in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, Ketan also obtained his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Ketan resides in Louisville, Kentucky with his wife Nisha and their two children.
Ketan Patel

David Newton
VP of Customer Success and Product
David Newton is the VP of Customer Success and Product at Handle and has spent the majority of his career scaling Healthcare focused B2B SaaS organizations. He focuses intensely on empowering the voice of the customer to enhance product development and business operations which has led to consistent net negative churn across his CS portfolios. David’s team’s utilize a balance of low-code and automation processes with defined customer engagement strategies to optimize the customer experience. He has an MBA from W.P Carey at Arizona State University and lives by the motto “What if the opposite is true?”

Vice President, Capital Equipment
Michael serves as Vice President of Capital Equipment for HANDLE. His role includes leveraging his vast experience and vetted supplier network to optimize your healthcare facility’s Capital Spend and provide an uncompromising devotion to optimal clinical outcomes.
Michael has been serving the needs of healthcare professionals since 1992 and holds a passion for providing clients with the very best customer service experience in the industry. Prior to joining HANDLE, he served as President of a medical device refurbishing company and Operations Manager for a separate medical company that specialized in new and refurbished medical equipment and service contracting.
Michael earned his MBA from the University of Kentucky and a B.S. from Northern Kentucky University.
Michael and his wife, Mary, have 4 children and live in Louisville, Kentucky.

Bryan Risner
Vice President, Enterprise Solutions
Bryan serves as the Vice President for Enterprise Solutions, and in that role plans, executes and manages the Enterprise Solution activities for HANDLE’s largest health system customers. Prior to arriving at HANDLE, Bryan enjoyed a long career in the medical equipment industry both as an owner/operator and an executive for a global medical equipment company. As a sales leader with Hillrom, he was responsible for managing the largest US health system sales strategies and drove the seven most significant technology deployments in company history.
Bryan’s passion involves creating solutions for health systems to operate more efficiently while delivering enhanced care. This drive stems from many years of observing the opposite through wasteful spending by health systems due to inadequate data insights. For this reason, Bryan is excited to provide health systems with HANDLE’s groundbreaking tools to deliver fiscally responsible asset planning, procurement and disposition in a data-driven manner, positively impacting care for all.
A Miami University graduate and football scholarship recipient, Bryan and his family reside in the Nashville, Tennessee area.

Arvind Rajan
CEO & Co-founder, Cricket Health
Arvind Rajan is the co-founder of Cricket Health, a San Francisco-based healthcare startup working to improve the lives of patients with late-stage chronic kidney disease. Prior to starting the company, Arvind spent six years at LinkedIn Corporation, where he served in a series of executive leadership roles. As VP International and VP APAC, he led LinkedIn’s entry into new markets around the world and helped the company learn how to operate as a truly global business. In his last role at LinkedIn, Arvind developed and then executed on the company’s China entry strategy.
Prior to joining LinkedIn, Arvind co-founded Grassroots Enterprise, an interactive public affairs firm where he developed pioneering online grassroots marketing and influencer programs for Fortune 500 companies, national non-profit organizations, and government agencies. He spent nine years with the firm, where he progressively served as Vice President of Business Development, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and then Chairman.

John Willmoth
Managing Partner, Poplar Ventures
John has over twenty five years of corporate development, strategic planning and investment experience, and is the founder of Poplar Ventures, an investment and business advisory firm working with early and growth stage investors and companies in the mobile, enterprise software (SaaS), and healthcare industries. Poplar Ventures is a culmination of John’s diverse business experience at the personal, corporate, and institutional levels. As a private investor, John was an early investor in Aprimo, Inc., a provider of enterprise SaaS marketing software, which was sold to Teradata, Inc. in 2011, and is a current investor in Zirmed, Inc., a provider of revenue cycle management SaaS software to healthcare providers. He has served on the Board of Zirmed since 2008. For the past seven years, John has served as a Venture Partner at Chrysalis Ventures, where he identified and helped lead Open Kernel Labs, Inc., a provider of virtualization software for mobile devices, to a successful sale to General Dynamics. On behalf of Chrysalis, John continues to serve on the Board of Continuum 700, LLC, which owns 700 MHz wireless spectrum acquired at FCC auction, and previously served on the Board of Mobile Armor, Inc., a provider of mobile security software.
Prior to Chrysalis, John had a distinguished seventeen year career at Nextel Communications, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Development. As a member of Nextel’s senior management team since 1989, he was instrumental in leading the company through an intensive growth phase via a series of mergers and acquisitions, and completed several significant new business transactions including the creation of Nextel Partners, Inc. and Boost Mobile, LLC. In later years, John managed Nextel’s private equity investments and led the negotiations with technology, infrastructure, and device partners for the company’s planned rollout of 4G technology. Before joining Nextel, John worked for First Chicago Corporation in various capacities, principally in the areas of venture capital, mezzanine capital and private equity.
John has a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is an active sports enthusiast and currently serves on the Board of the Louisville Sports Commission. John is married and has three children.

Tim Chapman
Board Member
Tim Chapman provides Board and advisory services to public and private, for profit and non-profit institutions focused primarily in the healthcare industry. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Strategy & Management at University of Dayton’s Business school.
Mr. Chapman served as a Director (Senior Partner) at McKinsey & Company, a global management-consulting firm. During his 22 years with McKinsey, he was one of the founding partners of the firm’s operations practice, focused on building world-class manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, and product development capabilities for clients. In addition, he was a leader in the firm’s healthcare practice, serving health systems across the U.S. on strategy, operational and organizational issues. Tim also co-founded McKinsey’s purchasing and supply management practice and led purchasing transformations for more than 30 clients within and outside the healthcare sector.
After his tenure at McKinsey & Company, Mr. Chapman served as President of STERIS’s Healthcare segment (2007-2013). While at STERIS, he was responsible for all of their healthcare business units, all sales, service and operations activities, and several corporate staff functions involving information technology, business development, strategic planning, customer service, and supply chain/purchasing.
Tim received an MBA degree with distinction from Dartmouth College-Amos Tuck School of Business where he was elected an Edward Tuck Scholar. He received his undergraduate degree, with distinction, magna cum laude, at Dartmouth College and was elected Phi Beta Kappa, in addition to a Rufus Choate Scholar.
Mr. Chapman resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio with his wife and daughter.
