These Terms apply to your use of handleglobal.com (the "Site") and to purchases through the HANDLE Marketplace, both operated by HANDLE Global ("HANDLE," "we," or "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them. Access to the CCM® platform is governed by your organization's signed agreement with HANDLE, which takes priority over these Terms.
1. Using the Site
You must be 18 or older to use the Site. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. Keep any account login private. You're responsible for activity under it.Use the Site lawfully. Don't try to access systems or accounts you aren't authorized to use, interfere with the Site's security, scrape it with automated tools, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend access if you break these Terms.
2. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, and software belong to HANDLE or our licensors. HANDLE®, CCM®, Capital Cycle Management®, the H logo®, and our other logos and product names are trademarks of HANDLE Global. You may view and print content for internal business use, but you may not sell, republish, or modify it without our written permission. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
3. HANDLE Marketplace orders
Prices and availability can change until we confirm an order in writing. Payment, shipping, freight, risk of loss, warranties, and returns are as stated on your quote, and any signed quote or purchase terms take priority over this section. Where a manufacturer or vendor warranty applies, it passes through to you. You're responsible for confirming equipment meets your clinical and regulatory requirements and is installed and operated by qualified staff.
4. Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Site content is general information, not medical, legal, financial, or clinical advice. We aren't responsible for third-party sites we link to.
HANDLE won't be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us through the Site in the prior 12 months. You agree to cover HANDLE's costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that result from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
5. General
These Terms are governed by Kentucky law, and disputes will be handled in Kentucky state or federal courts. Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. We may update these Terms by changing the date above. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
